Re: The Genealogy of Scotland
So in this topic i will be covering my genetic ancestry of the Royal House of Stuart and Bruce and How i Descend from the Scottish Catholic Royal Family.
I have many avenues of Royal Descent through my genealogy, i have discovered, that, in particular, of the Scottish Descent it comes in many forms, from top to bottom i will separate each generation of Scottish Descent.
What i have observed, is that, through the many marriages, is that - The 18th and 19th Generation, are equally merged, which means we have a 'genetic stepover sequence' or 'fold over' which has occurred where, a grandparent can be on side of the family, the 19th generation and also the 18th generation, this makes for a very prophetical evidential point of biblical scripture, referring to both being the father and the son, at the same time, legally speaking:
as Jane Beaufort is both my 18th and 19th great grandmother, she is in essence, a mother of herself, which is a strange thing to write indeed, but that is not how it looks physically, but it does genetically and someone with a lack of knowledge in this part would or could easily dismiss such a finding as 'glitch'.
For example, 19th great grandparents, would be James I and Jane Beaufort, but due to the marriages with Baron de Neville and James Stewart The Black Knight of Lorne, there has been a generation skip, which means, the 19th great grandmother, becomes, the 18th on the maternal, and 19th on paternal, it is most quite, a peculiar finding.

The Genealogy of King James IX of Scotland
===========================================================================
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Consul of Rome
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ACT OF ATTAINDER OF LORD BOTHWELL BY KING JAMES I.
THE Act of Attainder Issued Against Lord Bothwell from his cousin King James I For Witchcraft, accused of interfering with the travel of a ship containing Queen Anne of Denmark, who, coincidently, was the person who brought the influence of supposed Witchcraft which is nothing more than a parlour trick which in the modern day, we know that such a thing called magic, is nothing more than what we would call simple deception.
However many women under James I of England's inquisition of Witchcraft that which sadly saw the loss of many women's lives, who were subjected to cruel and unusual punishments in order to obtain a confession of witchcraft under duress, which under todays law, and judicial view, would be inadmissible, and void of any lawful effect, unless there had been substantial evidence, that such ungodly methods have been used, which the only evidence given was that under duress.
Francis Died in Italy, impoverished. In terms of justice, such an action, would be an injustice, and cruel and unusual punishment. However, such a punishment has long since been repealed and replaced and therefore it could be argued, such an imposition of a legal use of force, in a matter not concerning the justiciary as whole, was unlawful,
As throwing dozens of cats into the sea, (is an offence of animal cruelty, which we do not support nor condone, and view animals with an equal right to life). Lord Bothwell was with a bunch of crazy women, clearly if they believe that chanting at the sea, would have such a great affect as to cause a tide. In fact, the truth of the matter as we know today is very little if no effect would such strange behaviours incur or become incumbent upon the natural weather, which is ordained by God, however, mans attempts to mechanically or electronically affect the weather is a different matter entirely. We would call such a thing today as 'geological weather manipulation' however, no such power exists of a supernatural nature to man to control the wind without electrical devices or inventions, not unless your Jesus, or God...
